This 2018 vintage rosé was aged on lees for 38 months and disgorged in May 2022. Sour citrus, creamy brioche and freshly-peeled apple, with sea salt and a hint of confected red cherry on the nose. Red summer berries and ripe red apple sweetness (dosage at 8g/l) are balanced by bright acidity. A touch of spiced nuts with red berry fruits on the finish.
