The Quob Park Estate forms part of an ambitious wine & hospitality project in Hampshire Countryside. The estate currently produces 67,000 bottles of wines per year using grapes sourced from its own 40 acres of vineyards. The 2015 vintage-based Extra Brut was aged on lees for 18 months. A savoury nose of bruised apple and salted red cherry. Saline on the palate, showcasing seashell, salted blood orange and caramelised red apple, with depth of white pepper spices and creamy brioche. Long with cleansing citrus peel on the finish.
