This is not a wine for those who like their whites shy and retiring – it's positively bursting with perfumed, aromatic, floral and grapey aromas and flavours. A textbook Torrontes, it's juicy and medium bodied, well made and dangerously easy drinking. If you're planning to serve this with food, look for something with a touch of spice, such as a Thai green chicken or fish curry.
