Chameleón is a new unoaked Malbec from organic producer Domaine Bousquet, launched to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Bousquet family's move from their native France to Argentina's Tupungato. Black berries, black cherry and violets on the nose. High altitude freshness balances juicy black fruit and plums on the palate, with silky tannins and savoury spice notes on the long finish.
