Twee name aside, this is a tasty fizz, with a steely line and firm green apple bite alongside racy acidity. At £5 more than Aldi's reliable non-vintage Champagne and only £2 less than the 2015 Blanc de Blancs, it's not cheap but showcases home-grown quality.
